Why Travelers Choose Us

The Difference Is in the Details

There are dozens of transfer services at Geneva Airport. Here is what consistently sets ours apart.

We Track Your Flight, Not the Clock

Your quoted price is locked the moment you book. If your flight is delayed, diverted, or you spend longer than expected at baggage reclaim, your driver waits — and your fare stays exactly the same. Standard wait time is 60 minutes from actual landing with no additional charge.

Drivers Who Know the Region

Our team speaks English, French, Russian, and German. More usefully, they know which mountain roads close during storms, which Courchevel village entrance to use for each chalet, and how to avoid the worst of Geneva city traffic at peak times — knowledge no GPS app replaces.

A Fleet for Every Group Size

Eight vehicles from an executive two-seat sedan to a 12-seat Sprinter — all under five years old, commercially licensed, and fully insured for Swiss and French routes. Ski racks, child seats, and the 4×4 AWD van are available at no extra cost when booked in advance.

Cancel Freely, Pay Flexibly

Plans change, especially around ski trips and international travel. Free cancellation is available on all bookings with reasonable notice — and we don't require payment in advance to secure your booking. Pay by cash or card on the day, or invoice through a corporate account.

How It Works

From Quote to Destination

The whole process takes about two minutes to set up. Here's what happens between your booking and arrival at your destination.

1

Request your quote

Submit the form above or message us on WhatsApp. We'll reply with a fixed price within minutes — no obligation, no phone call required.

2

Confirm your booking

Agree the price, share your flight number and hotel name, and we'll send a confirmation with your driver's name and contact number 24 hours before pickup.

3

We track your flight

Your driver monitors your inbound flight in real time from departure. Delays, gate changes, early landings — we adjust pickup timing automatically.

4

Meet in arrivals

Your driver is inside the terminal with a name board. No hunting for a taxi rank, no waiting in a queue. Luggage is loaded and you're moving within minutes of clearing customs.

5

Pay on arrival

Cash or card, whichever works for you — paid to the driver at the end of the journey. The amount matches the fixed price quoted at booking, nothing added.

Round trip Geneva to Méribel — driver was punctual in both directions, knew exactly which village entrance to use for our chalet, and loaded everything including skis without being asked. No faff, no confusion. Will book again.

We'd always rented cars for Alpine trips before. This was our first private transfer and I genuinely couldn't believe the difference. No stress about parking, no driving in the dark on icy mountain roads. The driver had the route dialed and we were at the chalet before our usual car rental process would have finished.

First time using a private transfer service. Our flight landed 55 minutes late and the driver was still there, price unchanged, completely unfazed. That alone made me a convert. The WhatsApp communication throughout was excellent.

I travel to Geneva four or five times a year for work and this is now my default service. Booking takes about two minutes on WhatsApp, the reply is immediate, and the car is always exactly where it should be. Exactly the standard you'd expect for business travel in this city.

Booked the Courchevel transfer less than two hours before the flight landed — the reply came back in about three minutes with a confirmed driver and price. He was there, on time, with a sign. If you need something sorted quickly, these are your people.

The car was spotless, there was water waiting, and the driver handed us the Wi-Fi password before we'd even pulled out of the terminal. It's a small thing but after a six-hour flight it matters. Geneva to Geneva city centre in 28 minutes. Excellent.

Common Questions

Before You Book

Do you wait if my flight is delayed? +

Yes. Your driver monitors your inbound flight from the moment it departs. Standard complimentary wait time is 60 minutes from your actual landing time — not your scheduled time. If you're delayed longer, contact us and we'll arrange a solution without additional charge in most cases.

How much does a Geneva Airport transfer cost? +

Prices start at CHF 80 for Geneva city centre in a sedan. Popular Alpine routes run CHF 280 to Chamonix, CHF 450 to Verbier, and CHF 490 to Courchevel. All prices are per vehicle, not per person. See the pricing table above for a full breakdown by vehicle type.

Can I bring ski equipment? +

Yes — all our vans and larger vehicles have roof racks or a dedicated ski compartment. Book ski transport when requesting your quote so we confirm the right vehicle. The 4×4 V-Class is the preferred option for ski resort routes in winter conditions.

Can I book a child seat? +

Child seats and booster seats are available at no extra charge — just include the child's age when booking so we fit the right size. Infant seats (rear-facing), forward-facing seats, and high-backed boosters are all available on request.

What is the difference between transit and transfer? +

Transit means remaining airside — you stay in the airport and board another flight without clearing customs. Transfer means exiting the airport, collecting luggage, clearing customs, and checking in for your onward journey separately. Our service covers all transfer passengers.

Do you accept credit cards? +

Yes. Cash is accepted with no surcharge. Credit and debit cards carry a 10% surcharge, which is standard practice across Swiss transportation services. Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing are available — contact us to set one up before your first booking.

Can I book on short notice via WhatsApp? +

Yes — WhatsApp is our fastest booking channel. Message +41 77 238 68 88 with your pickup location, destination, date, time, and number of passengers. We typically confirm availability and price within minutes, and can often accommodate same-day requests depending on availability.

What is your cancellation policy? +

Free cancellation is available on all bookings. We don't require payment in advance, so there's nothing to claim back — just let us know as soon as possible if your plans change. For group bookings over 6 passengers, we ask for 24 hours notice where possible.
